Eat a Rainbow Week: October 30- November 3
Sponsored by our Summit View PTO!

Our favorite fruit and veggie friends will be back to teach your students why it is so important to eat all the colors of the rainbow! Each day of Eat a Rainbow Week, a fruit that corresponds to a color of the rainbow will be highlighted. Students will have the opportunity to sample the fruit and learn all about the micronutrients in the fruit that help make it so nutritious, and help turn it the color that it is.

We encourage students to wear the color of the day, and we encourage parents to pack fruits/veggies in their child’s lunch that match each day’s color.

Shhhhhh……we ask that you still keep this a secret from your student.
